We understand that sometimes there can be a lack of inspiration in the kitchen, which leads us to prepare common everyday dishes.
However, a simple dish doesn’t have to mean monotony. In this context, and as part of a partnership with ETAP Professional School, Vale do Minho Campus, we are delighted to present two recipes created by two students from the 12th grade Professional Cooking course.
