Conservation
Store at -18ºC. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Defrost in the refrigerator, on the lowest shelf of the refrigerator, for about 12 hours (use within 24 hours after defrosting).
Durability
24 months after the date of packaging, provided it is kept in its original packaging and at a temperature of -18°C.
