    CANDIDATE to the DEPARTMENT OF QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY

    Reference company in the food products sector, based in Valença, intends to recruit for its industrial unit:

     

    Quality Controller – substitution by leave

     

    Candidate Profile:

    – Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry or corresponding

    – Good organizational skills and responsibility.

    – Mastery of computer tools at the user level.

    – Strong learning and adaptation skills.

    – Residence in the geographical area of the District of Viana do Castelo (preferable).

    – availability to start in October

     

    Functions:

    – Participate in the improvement of the Management System, Food Safety System and BRC FOOD;

    – Comply with all Documents, Management Procedure, Operational and Test Procedures, and calibration that concern you;

    – Control the entire manufacturing process according to Inspection and Test Plans and HACCP Plans.

    – Perform daily cleaning control of the plant.

    – Perform Inspections of basic and subsidiary raw materials according to inspection and testing plans;

    – Perform cargo inspections (presentation, labels, temperatures);

    – Other tasks inherent to the function.

    Maintenance Operator

     

    Job Description:

    – Perform proper maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including cleaning, lubrication and tuning of the same including refrigeration, and may also perform other services inherent in the area of automation and maintenance of industrial equipment.

     

    Candidate Profile

    – compulsory education

    – technical or professional training in the field of mechatronics, electronics or automation. (preferred)

    – experience in the industrial maintenance area (preferred).

    – Strong learning and adaptation skills.

    – Autonomy, Dynamism and Sense of Responsibility.
